Finqalab is looking for an AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the architect, engineer, researcher, and leader responsible for scaling this product from zero to one, and beyond. This is not a plug-and-play AI/ML job. It is a first-principles build, where you define what is possible, take big bets, and own the road-map end-to-end.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Gen AI and machine learning systems that can analyse structured and unstructured data and produce insights.
- Build scalable data pipelines and model serving infrastructure for real-time and batch inference.
- Lay the groundwork for a high-performing AI team by setting standards, guiding best practices, and mentoring future hires.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience building and deploying ML models in production.
- Deep understanding of model evaluation in real-world settings: not just accuracy, but performance under noise, volatility, and feedback loops.
- Strong grasp of Python, data engineering, and ML frameworks.
- Ability to handle noisy, incomplete, and unstructured data and make it usable.
To apply, please send your CV to careers@finqalab.com with “AI/ML Engineer” in the subject line.
