This role is highly cross-functional, requiring you to work across multiple domains to address critical pain points and scale Finqalab.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive Finqalab’s product strategy, advocating for best-in-class product, design, and engineering standards.
  • Define, manage, and execute the product road-map from discovery to delivery.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, business, marketing, compliance, and other teams to identify and solve key user and operational pain points.
  • Advocate for users, leveraging strong user research skills to ensure product decisions align with real customer needs.
  • Drive Finqalab’s scale, proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, growth, and impact.
  • Define and track key product KPIs to measure success, identify trends, and drive informed decision-making.
  • Utilise tools like Mixpanel and Google Analytics.

Requirements

  • Experienced in product management, with 2-4 years in a fin-tech or tech-driven environment.
  • Have an educational background in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, quickly adapting to challenges and finding creative solutions.

  • Assist in the end-to-end production of video content, including shooting, editing, and post-production, for social platforms.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design, video production, and multimedia content creation.

Requirements:
