Available Opportunities
We are looking for a Product Manager, AI & Data who can seamlessly blend traditional product management expertise with a strong understanding of data, AI, and machine learning. While this is primarily a product management role, it requires a strong foundational understanding of data science and AI/ML principles to build and scale data-driven solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, ensuring that data and AI are leveraged effectively to drive business impact. You will not be required to build models yourself, but you must understand how AI models are trained, how data is used in AI/ML applications, and how to shape product decisions based on data-driven insights. This is an ideal opportunity for a product professional who is excited about the intersection of product, data, and AI, and is eager to shape the future of AI-powered solutions.
This role is highly cross-functional, requiring you to work across multiple domains to address critical pain points and scale Finqalab.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive Finqalab’s product strategy, advocating for best-in-class product, design, and engineering standards.
- Leverage knowledge of AI/ML to define use cases, opportunities, and challenges for AI-driven solutions.
- Define, manage, and execute the product road-map from discovery to delivery.
- Identify opportunities where AI and automation can enhance both internal workflows (e.g., process automation, data-driven decision-making) and external products (e.g., AI-powered features).
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, business, marketing, compliance, and other teams to identify and solve key user and operational pain points.
- Advocate for users, leveraging strong user research skills to ensure product decisions align with real customer needs.
- Define and track key product KPIs to measure success, identify trends, and drive informed decision-making.
- Utilise tools like Mixpanel and Google Analytics.
Requirements
- Experienced in product management, with 2-4 years in a fin-tech or tech-driven environment.
- Fundamental understanding of AI/ML principles, including how AI models are trained, how data powers AI, and how automation can improve processes.
- Have an educational background in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, quickly adapting to challenges and finding creative solutions.
- Looking for a high-impact role where you can drive meaningful change and grow with Finqalab in the long term.
